We aim to deliver your home inspection report on the same day as the inspection. However, depending on the services included and the time of day the inspection is completed, it may take up to 24 hours.

Most of our home inspections do not include a mileage fee. However, depending on the distance, a small fee may be added. Our online scheduler will indicate if a mileage fee applies to your inspection.
