When will I receive my home inspection report?

We aim to deliver your home inspection report on the same day as the inspection. However, depending on the services included and the time of day the inspection is completed, it may take up to 24 hours.

Are you a licensed and insured home inspector?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. Our lead inspector has passed the National Home Inspectors Exam and has advanced training with InterNACHI as a Certified Professional Inspector. We hold General Liability Insurance and Error and Omission Insurance, as required by Florida state law. Additionally, we participate in the InterNACHI Buy Back program and their $25,000 guarantee.
